Terms of Service

1. The service

CHAFIKTECH analyzes a reference video you upload and produces exactly eight scene descriptions containing image-generation prompts, video-generation prompts, and dialogue in your chosen language. CHAFIKTECH generates prompts and text; it does not render finished videos or images. Output quality depends on the AI model and the tools you use downstream.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your credentials confidential. One person, one account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload videos you have no right to use, content that is illegal, or material that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls, to resell automated access, or to attack the service. We may disable accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free trial and quotas

Each eligible account receives exactly one free generation for the lifetime of the account. Paid plans and credit packs add generations as described on the pricing page and in the Billing & Cancellation Policy. Failed generations do not consume your quota.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the videos you upload and to the prompts generated for you. You grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service. CHAFIKTECH's brand, code, and design remain the property of Chafik Tech.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Third-party model capabilities may change; when they do, we document limitations rather than invent estimates. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chafik Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
