What we collect

Account basics (name, email, hashed password or your Google account identifier), interface preferences (language, theme), project data (the settings you choose and the generated scenes we save so you can reopen them), and minimal technical records needed for security: hashed IP addresses and login attempts used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We never store raw IP addresses in our database.

Uploaded videos

Your reference video is stored in a private directory that is not reachable from the web, is used only to produce your prompts, and is deleted immediately after successful generation. Abandoned or failed uploads are removed by an automated cleanup job — in the worst case within fifteen minutes of expiry. We do not use your videos to train models.

AI processing

Your video and generation settings are sent to Google Gemini through server-side code only, using the Gemini File API when supported. The temporary file resource on Gemini's side is deleted when it is no longer needed. See Google's documentation for how Gemini processes content.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers. We retain the billing references Stripe makes available (subscription status, event identifiers) as required for accounting and dispute handling.

Account deletion

Deleting your account anonymizes your profile and removes your saved projects and any temporary data. Billing and audit records are retained only where legally required, for the period such retention demands. Because background cleanup runs on a schedule, complete removal can take up to the cleanup cycle rather than being strictly instantaneous.
